Services

Freshklin Cleaning Services offers a range of residential and office cleaning services as outlined on our website and in promotional materials. Our offerings may include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, sanitization, and customized cleaning plans.

Bookings

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or via email.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking services.

Payments

  • Payment for services must be made in full upon completion of the service or as per the agreed terms.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
  • Additional services requested during the booking will incur extra charges.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without incurring a penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, and clients will be notified promptly in such cases.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure access to the property at the agreed time for our cleaning team.
  • Clients are responsible for securing any valuables and fragile items prior to the service.
  • Clients should provide any special instructions or requirements before the service commences.

Liability

  • Freshklin Cleaning Services is insured for public liability.
  • We will not be held liable for any pre-existing damage or loss resulting from the client’s negligence.
  • In the unlikely event of accidental damage, clients must notify us within 24 hours of the service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We are committed to delivering the highest quality of service. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue at no additional cost.
  • Our satisfaction guarantee does not extend to subsequent service requests or claims made after 24 hours of the initial service.

Privacy Policy

Amendments

  • Freshklin Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via our website or email.

Governing Law
